The effect is based mainly on the physical effects of D-Mannose (creates a protection layer on the walls of the urinary tract) and on the bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effect of the standardized Propolis. The result is a fast and effective relief without adverse effects of antibiotics.
The most frequent agent of inflammation of the urinary tract or bladder is bacteria E.coli. Common treatment of an infection requires the use of antibiotics and antimicrobial drugs and may take several months. Clinical studies have demonstrated the ability of D-Mannose to prevent to a carrier of infections - E. coli bacteria - to stick to the inner wall of the kidney, urinary bladder, urethra and prostate thereby the lavage is achieved during the urination. The effect of D-Mannose is amplified by the Propolis. Its broad spectrum of anti-inflammatory effects is already known from ancient Egypt. In addition Propolis creates an inhospitable environment for other unwanted microbial structures that frequently occur in the urology tract. By a common inflammation the onset of the effect of D-Mannose is incredibly fast. In one to three days the majority of undesirable bacteria are washed out followed by a significant relief of pain and problems. With regard to the possibility of a recurrence is recommended to use D-Mannose for another seven days. Because D-Mannose is not metabolized it is also suitable for diabetics.

D-Mannose 400 mg, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Propolis Moravia PM® extract 10 mg, Magnesium stearate vegetable.
Additives:
Fillers - Microcrystalline Cellulose; Thickening agent - Polyvinylpyrrolidone; Anticaking agent - Magnesium stearate vegetable.
Dosage:
1-2 tbl. two times a day before meal.
